Each functional area shall appoint a member of their senior management to serve on the Compliance Council and to act as its compliance officer. The Compliance Council has the following responsibilities:
Oversee all functional area compliance sub-program(s);
Appoint Compliance Representatives;
Form subject matter and procedural subcommittee(s);
Review and decide on recommendations made by subcommittees; and
