Economic Sanctions, Embargoes and Boycotts
It is Amgen’s policy to comply with applicable sanctions and embargoes imposed by countries in which Amgen operates.

Export Control Laws
Amgen complies with all U.S. export control laws which may restrict the export of goods, software, and technology from the United States.

Foreign Corrupt Practices
Amgen maintains a strict policy against paying, offering to pay, or authorizing the payment of anything of value to any foreign (i.e. non-U.S.) government official, government staff member, political party or political candidate in an attempt to influence a person working in an official capacity.
