AMG 811 is a fully human monoclonal antibody that binds to interferon gamma, a widely active pro-inflammatory cytokine. Inhibition of the interferon gamma pathway may have therapeutic potential in a variety of autoimmune disorders. AMG 811 is currently in Phase 1 in lupus subjects.
